Evaluate Before Purchase

Serial Flux provides a 30-day trial so customers can evaluate functionality and compatibility before purchasing. Customers are encouraged to test the software with their intended computers, devices, protocols, and workflows during the trial.

Digital Software Licenses

Serial Flux licenses are digital products that may be delivered and activated immediately after payment. Refund eligibility may therefore differ from physical goods and may be affected by whether a license has been issued, activated, or substantially used.

Requesting a Refund

For a duplicate transaction, incorrect purchase, or technical issue preventing reasonable use, contact Serial Flux through the Contact page with the account email and order information. Requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

License Deactivation

When a refund is approved, the associated license and activations may be disabled or revoked. Continued use of a refunded license is not permitted.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in the customer's jurisdiction.
