Acceptance
By accessing this website, creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a license, or using Serial Flux services, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Software License Agreement.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity performed through your account.
Trials
Trial licenses are intended for evaluation before purchase. Trial eligibility may be limited by account and/or computer. Circumventing trial limits or repeatedly creating accounts to obtain additional trials is prohibited. Serial Flux may reset or extend a trial for legitimate support or evaluation purposes.
Purchases and Licenses
Purchasing software grants a license to use the applicable Serial Flux features under the EULA. It does not transfer ownership of Serial Flux software, source code, website, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
Engineering and Diagnostic Use
Serial Flux, Python Scripting, CAN Coyote X7, firmware tools, and related features are engineering, communication, automation, diagnostic, and development tools. Users are responsible for validating commands, scripts, messages, firmware, connections, and results before use on equipment or systems.
Third-Party Products
References to third-party hardware, software, repositories, vendors, trademarks, or services do not imply ownership or endorsement unless explicitly stated. Third-party products are governed by their respective vendors' terms and warranties.
Disclaimer and Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Serial Flux software and services are provided without guarantees that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every application. Serial Flux is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use or inability to use the software or services where such limitations are legally permitted.
